ASMR.LEAKS provides catalog, discovery, community and technical playback tools. Some media, metadata or references may originate from creators, users, content partners, or locations that were publicly reachable on the internet when indexed. ASMR.LEAKS does not claim authorship or ownership of third-party works merely because they can be found or played through the Service.
Public availability does not by itself mean that a work is in the public domain, unprotected, or licensed for every use. Rights holders may ask us to review and disable access to material through our DMCA / Copyright process.

You retain any rights you hold in messages, profile materials and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the Service. We may remove community content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
