Copyright notice, takedown and counter-notification process for ASMR.LEAKS.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

ASMR.LEAKS respects creators and copyright owners. If material available through the Service infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, you can ask us to review and disable access to it.

How the Service works

ASMR.LEAKS is a catalog, discovery and technical playback interface. Third-party media references shown through the Service were generally found at, supplied from, or connected to locations that were publicly reachable on the open internet when indexed. ASMR.LEAKS is not the original publisher or producer of those third-party works and does not claim ownership of them.

Public accessibility does not, by itself, mean that material is in the public domain or that every use is authorized. We therefore provide the notice process below and act expeditiously on complete, good-faith copyright complaints.

Submit a copyright notice

Send a written notice with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. To help us locate and evaluate the material, include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. For multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  3. The exact ASMR.LEAKS URL for each item you want reviewed, together with enough information for us to locate it. A title, creator name and screenshot are helpful but do not replace the URL.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

We may request clarification or reasonable evidence of identity, authority or ownership. When a notice is complete and valid, we will review it and act expeditiously, which may include disabling access to the identified material and notifying the affected account or source. We may forward the notice, including the claimant’s contact information, to the person who supplied or is associated with the material when legally appropriate.

Counter-notification

If access to material you supplied was disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court as described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), and accepting service of process from the original claimant or their agent.

Where applicable, we may restore access after forwarding a valid counter-notification unless the original claimant informs us that court action has been filed.

Abuse and repeat infringement

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notification may create liability. Accounts or sources associated with repeated infringement may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances. This process is for copyright claims; other legal or safety concerns should be clearly identified in your email.

This page is intended to provide a practical reporting process and is not legal advice or a statement that ASMR.LEAKS qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor.
