- Account data: email address, Telegram identifier, username, display name, avatar and authentication records.
- Subscription data: access tier, activation and expiry dates, payment method category, transaction references and payment status. We do not intentionally store complete card or wallet credentials.
- Activity data: watch progress, favourites, follows, playlists, reactions, chat messages, reports and feature preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic logs, security events and cookies or local-storage identifiers.
- Communications: information you send to support, moderation or copyright contacts.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the Service, authenticate accounts, manage access, process and verify payments, remember progress and preferences, operate chat and community features, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations and improve performance.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, maintain security and support features such as watch progress. Optional analytics or similar technologies, if enabled, are used to understand aggregate product performance. You can remove browser data in your browser settings, although some features may stop working.

Retention periods vary by data type. Data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
